How long do I have to wait before getting my order?

The average production time per order is 10 working days upon order confirmation.

Factors such as complicated printing requirements and large volumes may result in longer production time.

We understand the struggles of last min-orders.

Should you require the tees urgently, we will put your order in the express production line and deliver the tees to you within 4 working days from order confirmation. A rush cost of $60 will be charged.
At Graffitee, customers are required to make a min 50% non-refundable deposit upon order confirmation before production can commence. The balance is to be paid on the day of delivery, or a penalty fee will be charged.
Payment can be made either via bank transfer or cheque payment.
Bank transfer can be done via Internet banking, ATM machine or over the counter bank payment.
What are the artwork requirements?
To ensure clear and clean printing, the artwork provided must have a high resolution of at least 300 dpi.
